Polar Beverages Distribution Center
Polar Beverages has moved the major portion of their local product distribution into a new, modern, 175,000 square foot warehouse at 1075 Southbridge Street, Worcester.
Tom Kelleher, Senior Vice President of Kelleher & Sadowsky negotiated the long-term lease for Polar. Included in the negotiations was the removal of an old and obsolete manufacturing building and the construction of the efficient, state-of-the-art facility.

The Paul Revere Life Insurance Agency leases 210,000 +- square foot building at CitySquare from CitySquare II Development Company LLC
The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company (dba The Unum Group) agrees on terms to lease a 210,000 +- square foot Class A, LEED Certified, professional office building from CitySquare II Development Company, LLC, a subsidiary of the Hanover Insurance Group.
The seventeen year lease triggers the release of more than $30M in public funding that will be used for the demolition of the former Worcester Common Outlet Mall. In addition to the demolition, slated for August 2010 +-, the public funding will help to provide new infrastructure and new roadways that will support the mixed use development and revitalize downtown Worcester. The proposed development will also include additional Class A office space, medical and clinical space, retail and residential development.
Will Kelleher, Jim Umphrey and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky, and Phil DeSimone of Jones Lang LaSalle, negotiated the lease on behalf of CitySquare II Development Company LLC and Berkeley Investments, Inc of Boston.
